- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; define mitigation actions and escalate critical concerns in a timely manner.
- Drive the investigation and resolution of technical issues affecting software development, integration, validation, or delivery.
- Represent the software domain in technical and commercial discussions to clarify requirements, assumptions, interfaces, and delivery expectations.
- Lead internal development initiatives in alignment with the product roadmap and customer programme needs.
- Maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Promote clear ownership, collaboration, accountability, and a strong customer focus throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience with passenger-car software development lifecycles, project milestones, requirements management, integration, validation, and release processes.
- Strong knowledge of braking and steering system validation, including DPR/TR, test equipment, system interfaces, and applicable automotive standards.
- Hands-on experience with HIL testing using dSPACE tools such as ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, and VT System.
- Experience documenting test cases, executing tests, and managing test verdicts using SystemWeaver or Electra.
- Experience with automotive development, diagnostics, measurement, and calibration tools, including Vector tools, INCA, and MDA.
- Working knowledge of functional safety and automotive quality processes, including ISO 26262, ASPICE, FMEA/SFMEA, Technical Safety Concept (TSC), Technical Safety Requirements (TSR), FSR, degradation and safe-state analysis, DTC mapping, fault analysis, and system-level validation.
- Demonstrated experience in chassis software development, particularly steering and braking, covering component-, system-, and vehicle-level testing, legal requirements, and software-release documentation such as CRB/IRB.
