Om jobbet
About the role
Great deliveries start with great teams. We’re looking for a People Partner who wants to help build both.
Based at Instabee’s HQ in Stockholm, you’ll partner with leaders across Customer Service and the other support functions within our Swedish organisation. From helping managers grow into confident leaders to shaping teams and making everyday people decisions, you’ll work close to the business and see the impact of what you do.
This is a broad, hands-on role with room to influence. You’ll move between longer-term priorities and the situations that need your attention today, bringing sound judgement, structure, and a practical approach to both.
Your future team
You’ll report directly to our Head of People Sweden and be part of the Swedish People team, alongside our Head of People and three People Partners supporting our operational organisation across Sweden. Together, you’ll share knowledge, tackle challenges, and develop how we work with People across the Swedish business. You’ll also be part of Instabee’s wider People & Culture team, collaborating with colleagues across our markets to exchange ideas, learn from each other, and bring shared People initiatives to life.
Some of the things you will do
- Act as a trusted partner: Advise and challenge leaders, translating business needs into practical People initiatives.
- Enable leadership: Coach managers in performance, feedback, team development, and everyday leadership.
- Drive core People processes: Lead salary reviews, performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives within your functions.
- Lead change: Support workforce planning and organisational development, helping leaders and teams navigate new ways of working.
- Manage employee relations: Guide leaders through employee matters, union dialogue, and negotiations in line with Swedish labour law and relevant collective agreements.
- Strengthen the employee experience: Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders on hiring, onboarding, and retention, while supporting a healthy and sustainable work environment.
What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced People professional who enjoys being close to the business. You can connect the bigger picture to a manager’s next decision, and you’re just as comfortable challenging a proposal as you are helping put it into practice.
You bring empathy, integrity, and the confidence to take a clear position. When priorities shift, you stay focused on what matters and help others move forward. You’re curious about how technology and data can improve the way we work, and you enjoy building solutions that people actually use.
We believe you bring
- At least 5 years of experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner, independently supporting and advising leaders across a broad People agenda.
